What You Need to Know About Women4Africa 2017 Awards

Save the date for Women4Africa 2017, an initiative that recognises African women who are making a difference in the society, their professions and with their businesses. From lawyers, young entrepreneurs, business owners, artists, designers, activists to scientists, here’s what you need to know about this year’s award.
“It primarily exists as a diversity platform to showcase the meaningful contribution of African women to all parts of the society”.
Women4africa® has announced the finalists for its 16 categories along with its Recognition Recipients and the first ever Women4Africa Lifetime Achievement Award Recipient. Nominations were received for this year’s awards from over 25 African Nations with over 300 nominations.

Women4Africa® provides a platform for the finest and accomplished individuals of African descent to be celebrated for their contributions in their various fields. The award ceremony has become a global icon for culture and diversity celebrating the best of Africa and its women.

As Women4Africa clocks its 6th year, it is as of today the largest celebration of African women in Europe. The founders Sam and Tola Onigbanjo have made a huge contribution to the society to bring to light the successes of African women and celebrate women pioneers who are making great impact in their professions and businesses.
